The Tempus Public Foundation (TPF) is a non-profit organization established by the Hungarian Ministry of Education and Culture in 1996 with the task of managing international and European cooperation programmes and special projects in the field of education, training or research and development. TPF is intensively involved in international activities either as an agency or as an applicant, and aims at encouraging foreign institutions to cooperate with Hungarian partners on the one hand, and to disseminate and valorize achievements on the other.
